第一：需要檢查好柴油和潤滑油，因?yàn)椴裼桶l(fā)電機(jī)長期處于靜態(tài)，機(jī)組本身各種材料會(huì)與機(jī)油、冷卻水、柴油、空氣等發(fā)生復(fù)雜的化學(xué)、物理變化.

第二：檢查電磁閥，電機(jī)組在運(yùn)行時(shí)，可通過看、聽、摸、嗅來對(duì)機(jī)組運(yùn)行時(shí)進(jìn)行檢查。在啟動(dòng)時(shí)通過聽的方法，按下啟動(dòng)按鈕三秒鐘之后，即可啟動(dòng)。在三秒的啟動(dòng)過程中，正常情況下可聽到兩次的咔嗒聲。若只聽到第一響而聽不到第二響，就需要檢查啟動(dòng)電磁閥是否正常工作。

During three seconds of startup, two clicks can normally be heard. If you only hear the first click but not the second, you need to check whether the start solenoid valve is working properly.

第三：檢查電池組.電池的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)是發(fā)電機(jī)正常啟動(dòng)關(guān)鍵性的決定因素。電池組出問題時(shí)會(huì)有“有電壓無電流”的故障。出現(xiàn)此情

況能聽到啟動(dòng)電機(jī)內(nèi)電磁閥吸合聲音，但無帶動(dòng)連軸。電池組出現(xiàn)問題導(dǎo)致無法停機(jī)，是因?yàn)樵谠嚈C(jī)時(shí)采用了停止為電池充電的方式，而導(dǎo)致電池電量不足。也有一種情況可能會(huì)被忽略的是，國產(chǎn)電池壽命較短，大概在兩年左右，如忘記定期更換，也會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種情況。
